According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census, median income for Silver Bow county households in 2003 was $26,522, compated to Montana's median income of $25,775 for the same year. Median income is the average per household income in the county (no matter how many people live in the home); per capita income is the total income in the county divided by the number of people in the county.
